Do you want to feel trusted and valued in your role?

Are you passionate about supporting children but frustrated by how some care settings are run?

Would you love to be part of something more personal — a home that feels like family?

If so, Willow Family Care could be just what you’ve been searching for.

A new home with heart

Willow Family Care is a brand new children’s home created by professionals from the healthcare and education sectors. Their goal? To build something different.

Too many residential homes are run like businesses. Willow is being built to feel like a family — where children are supported to thrive, and staff are genuinely cared for and listened to.

We’re now recruiting our first six team members — three Residential Support Workers and three Senior Residential Support Workers — to join us on this journey and help shape something meaningful from day one.

What we offer:

  • A warm, values-led environment that prioritises emotional health
  • A clear salary structure and benefits to support your wellbeing
  • Ongoing professional development, supervision and reflective practice
  • 28 days annual leave (rising with service), your birthday off, and private health insurance
  • A supportive team who genuinely care about doing things the right way

What we’re looking for in you:

For both roles:

  • Experience working with children or young people in care
  • A calm, compassionate and emotionally resilient approach
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A genuine belief in the importance of relationships, consistency and nurture
  • A full driving licence and access to a car (due to shift patterns and location)

For senior roles:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience leading shifts or supporting junior staff
  • Confidence working with external professionals and supporting care planning
