Annie is an NHS GP Partner with extra qualifications in lifestyle medicine, dermatology, and female health. As a doctor, Annie regularly works with people from all backgrounds who are suffering or vulnerable. She is therefore excellent at showing empathy, communicating, problem-solving and brings this to Willow Family Care. As a person she is resilient, determined, and optomistic. As a partner of her practice, she is also adept at managing a team, and ensuring all staff feel valued, and are supporting to thrive. 

Annie is also a mother of five children, loves running on the South Downs or seafront and travelling with her family, having adventures. She also runs a successful property business with her husband. 

Her role in the business is to manage the properties, finances and business itself as well as overall organisation and compliance with Ofsted. 

Jamie brings over 20 years of experience in education, with a strong foundation in behaviour, safeguarding, and leadership. Serving as a senior leader in secondary schools, Jamie has led on whole-school behaviour improvement, inclusion strategy, and mental health provision. His work as a Designated Safeguarding Lead has involved extensive multi-agency collaboration and trauma-informed practice, supporting some of the most vulnerable children and families in the community. Alongside his school leadership roles, Jamie has worked nationally with the National College of Education, coaching and mentoring senior leaders across the country.

Away from work, Jamie is a proud husband and father. He has a keen interest in men’s health, psychology, and stoicism, and enjoys strength training, coaching, and the occasional cold-water dip.

His role in the business is overseeing regulatory compliance and supporting the development of therapeutic, relational care.
