Jamie brings over 20 years of experience in education, with a strong foundation in behaviour, safeguarding, and leadership. Serving as a senior leader in secondary schools, Jamie has led on whole-school behaviour improvement, inclusion strategy, and mental health provision. His work as a Designated Safeguarding Lead has involved extensive multi-agency collaboration and trauma-informed practice, supporting some of the most vulnerable children and families in the community. Alongside his school leadership roles, Jamie has worked nationally with the National College of Education, coaching and mentoring senior leaders across the country.

Away from work, Jamie is a proud husband and father. He has a keen interest in men’s health, psychology, and stoicism, and enjoys strength training, coaching, and the occasional cold-water dip.

His role in the business is overseeing regulatory compliance and supporting the development of therapeutic, relational care.

David brings a strong operational and strategic background to Willow Family Care, with extensive experience in business leadership, systems development, and organisational growth. He has worked across multiple sectors where his focus has been on building efficient operational frameworks, managing complex projects, and supporting teams to perform at their best.

At Willow Family Care, David is responsible for overseeing the operational structure of the organisation. His role focuses on ensuring that systems, processes, and resources are in place to allow the homes and teams to operate safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory expectations. This includes areas such as operational planning, workforce development and the continual improvement of internal processes that support both staff and the children in our care.

David played a key role in the mobilisation of Willow’s first home and continues to lead on the practical delivery of the organisation’s growth strategy, helping to ensure that Willow can sustainably expand its provision while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Outside of work, David is a husband and father who values family life and enjoys sport, fitness, and spending time outdoors. These values strongly influence his approach to Willow, where he is committed to helping create a supportive, stable, and nurturing environment for both staff and young people.
